The Everyday Triangle Scarf pattern will forever be one of my proudest designs. It’s mindless, fast, and downright addicting to make. It’s versatile, chic – and yes, I really do wear mine almost everyday.
Since I published this pattern earlier this year, there is one question I get consistently: “Can you make the Everyday Triangle Scarf pattern with other yarn weights?” The answer, my friend, is yes. You can use ANY yarn weight with this pattern!
The answer, my friend, is yes.
When I first created this design, I actually used a worsted weight yarn. Later on, I realized I loved the look that I achieved with the wool roving you see in the pattern photos. However, I still will use worsted weight from time to time. My latest Everyday Triangle Scarf was made with a hand dyed worsted weight yarn that I found from a local dyer and yarn shop on our trip to Alaska earlier this summer.
